How do I claim my reward?

At Opencare, we're excited to reward you for prioritizing your oral health. If you've completed an eligible appointment with one of our vetted providers, you can submit your reward claim directly through your Opencare account. 

Follow the steps below to get started.

How to submit your claim

  1. Log in to your Opencare account
  2. From the left sidebar navigation, click 'Rewards'
  3. Select the relevant appointment from your list and click on the 'Claim reward' button.
  4. You'll be prompted to leave a review, upload your receipt, and submit your claim.

What your receipt must include

Attach a copy or photo of your dental receipt or insurance document. To validate your claim, it must clearly show all of the following:

  • Your full name as the patient
  • Name of the practice or dentist
  • Practice logo and/or stamp
  • Itemized treatment details
  • Appointment date
  • Amount paid

Eligibility requirement

To be eligible, you must complete a new patient exam and at least one other dental service, such as a cleaning.

Processing time

Our team will use these details to validate your claim and eligibility. Please allow up to 30 days for validation and processing.
