Here's what to expect, how to redeem it, and who to reach out to if anything gets stuck along the way.

Good to know: Gift cards are issued by a third-party provider. Follow the steps below carefully to avoid any delays.
Which gift card did you get? Jump to your steps
Prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift cards
- Go to myprepaidcenter.com/redeem.
- Enter your 12-character Security Code (it's in your gift card email).
- Complete the registration form.
- Accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement.
- That's it! You'll now be able to:
- View your 16-digit card number
- See the expiration date and CVV
- Check where the card can be used, your balance, and transaction history
Redeem within 6 months
Prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards must be redeemed within 6 months from the time you receive your redemption link.
What happens next?
After you redeem your code, you'll get a second email with your virtual card details:

Seeing an "Already Redeemed" error?
This can happen if your 12-character code was entered more than once. No worries! Call 833-409-4795 to request a resend or get help with your code.

Amazon gift cards
Unlock your reward
- Click the Redemption Link in your email and paste the Security Code to unlock your reward.
- The page will refresh and show your Claim Code.
Add the balance to your Amazon account
- Go to amazon.com/gc/redeem.
- Click Redeem Amazon Gift Cards and enter your Claim Code when prompted.
- Your gift card funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders at checkout.
Heads up: If your order costs more than your gift card balance, you'll need to pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
