I submitted my claim. When will I receive the gift card?
Our Rewards team will review your claim and eligibility within 3-4 business days.
Once it's validated, we will send you the redemption link to your registered email address, so you can redeem your reward.
However, if you’ve submitted the claim and have not heard back after 4 business days, please email us at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the inquiry or just hit the 'Submit a Request' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen-- either way, you'd still be able to reach us!
