Yes, you can update your reward before your appointment or before submitting your claim. To do this, send us a screenshot of the offer as seen online or received via email/SMS, and we will update the offer for you.
Please note that if we have already processed the claim, we will no longer be able to change the reward offer.
If the reward you received doesn't match the offer you signed up for, please email us at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the issue, or simply click on the Chat widget to chat with us. We'll be happy to assist you!
