How to redeem the Prepaid Visa or Mastercard Gift Card

Once your claim has been validated by our Rewards Team, you will receive an email with a link to redeem your gift card.

Please note that prepaid gift cards are provided by a third-party provider. See more information below:

Redemption Instructions:

1. Go to https://myprepaidcenter.com/redeem
2. Enter your 12-character Security code
3. Complete the online registration page and accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement
4. Then, you will be able to view your 16-digit card number, expiration date, security information, where your card can be used, available balance, transaction history, etc

Note: This card must be used within 6 months from the time you receive your redemption link. 

Once you redeem your code, you will receive a 2nd email with the Subject line “Your virtual prepaid account” from the sender address noreply@myprepaidcenter.com. Please check your spam /junk folder in the event it is routed to one of these folders.

If the 12-character security code is entered more than once it will show the 'Already Redeemed' error message. To request a resend of this email or for assistance with your code, please call 833-409-4795.
