How Do I Check My Offer Status

So you’ve submitted your offer claim—great! Now you're probably wondering:  What happens next? Luckily, tracking the progress of your Opencare reward is easy and transparent.

Here’s everything you need to know about checking your offer status, what each status means, and what to do if you need help.

🔍 How to Monitor Your Offer Status

Once you've submitted your claim:

  1. Log in to your Opencare account.

  2. Navigate to the "Offer Status" tab in your dashboard.

  3. Review the current stage of your claim.

Important: Dental clinics are not privy to details regarding Opencare rewards. The reward is from Opencare and not from the dental practices.

 

🛠 Understanding Your Offer Status

1. Offer Status - Pending: This means that your claim has been submitted and is currently being reviewed. The process takes about 3-4 business days.

2. Offer Status - In Progress: This means that your gift card has already been validated and is currently being processed. The gift card email will be received within 24-72 hours.

3. Offer Status - Sent: This means that your gift card has been successfully fulfilled and sent to your registered email address.

📬 Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

 

4. Offer Status - Denied: This means that the claim is denied due to a specific reason outside of the reward eligibility requirement.

Common reasons include:

  • Appointment was booked outside of Opencare

  • You’ve already claimed a reward before

  • You're an existing patient (rewards are for new patients only)
