Waiting to hear back is frustrating. Your dental office manages its own schedule, so they're the only ones who can confirm your time, suggest another one or finalize your booking. Here's what to do.
1. Check for a reply from the office
The office may have already answered. Look for:
- An email with the subject New Message from [office name]. Check your spam or promotions folder too.
- A text message from the office.
- New messages on your appointment in your Opencare account, under Appointments.
2. Contact the office directly
If there's no reply yet, reach out to the office to move things forward. See How do I contact my dental office? for all the ways to reach them.
Don't reply to Opencare emails. Your reply comes to Opencare, not to the dental office, so the office never sees it.
