  4. Follow the prompts provided by the Opencare Digital Assistant.
  5. If your issue needs further attention, you'll have the option to connect with a support agent or leave a message for our team.

Good to know

Our Opencare Digital Assistant can answer many questions right away, 24/7. If it can't fully resolve your concern, it will hand you off to a Support agent or save your message so the team can follow up via email.

Option 2: Submit a Support request

If chat is unavailable or you prefer to reach us via email:

  1. Visit our Opencare Help Center.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Submit a Request.
  3. Complete the form with as much detail as possible
  4. Our team will review your request and respond via email

What information should I have ready?

  • A detailed description of your concern
