Am I Eligible for an Opencare Reward?

We love celebrating your commitment to great oral health. To qualify for an Opencare gift card reward, please make sure all the following conditions are met.

Reward Eligibility Requirements

  • You complete a new patient exam and at least one other dental service (such as a cleaning).
    Consultations, including X-rays, do not qualify.

  • Your appointment was booked through the Opencare website.
    Appointments made by phone, in person, or through other means are not eligible.

  • You are not using government-funded insurance, such as Medicaid, Medicare, provincial health plans in Canada, or the Canada Dental Care Plan.

  • You complete your visit at a qualified dental office registered with Opencare.
    If your exam and cleaning are on different dates, both must be completed with the same office.

  • You are at least 18 years old on the date of your appointment.

  • You have not received an Opencare reward in the past 2 years.

  • You are a new patient at the dental practice.

  • Your appointment was booked under the same name as your Opencare account.
    If multiple appointments are booked under one account, only one patient can claim a reward.

  • You must submit a valid dental receipt showing:

    • Date of appointment

    • Name of dental office and dentist

    • Treatment completed

    • Patient name
      Treatment plans, estimates, or appointment confirmations are not accepted.

Important Information

  • Rewards are handled directly by Opencare. Please do not contact your dental office about your gift card or claim status - they do not have access to this information.

  • The offer must be redeemed within six months of your appointment date.
