Requirements for you
- You cannot refer yourself.
- You cannot refer someone who has previously submitted an appointment request on Opencare, or whose reward has already been claimed.
- If you're affiliated with a dental practice listed on Opencare, you're not eligible for the Referral Program.
Requirements for your friend
- Books their appointment using your referral link.
- Books with a new dental practice through Opencare.
- Completes a new patient exam and another dental service (like a cleaning).
- Complies with our Opencare Rewards Terms and Conditions.
How you'll get your reward
Once your friend's appointment is completed and their reward claim is validated, your Referral Reward will be sent automatically to the email address on your Opencare account.
