  • Or Text Message to your registered phone number

  1. Click the link in the message (email or text)

  2. This will open up your Opencare messaging portal

  3. From there, you can reply directly to the provider and finalize the details

If the link doesn’t work for any reason:

  • Log in to your Opencare account

  • Go to the Appointments tab

  • You’ll see any messages from your provider and can respond directly from there
