After your friend attends their appointment, they will need to submit a claim for their own gift card reward. Our Rewards team will review the claim and eligibility and will get back to them within 3-4 business days.
Once the claim is successfully validated and the eligibility requirements are met, our system will automatically process your referral reward and send you the gift card redemption email.
