Once your reward claim is validated by our Rewards Team, you’ll receive an email with a link to redeem your gift card. 💌

📝 Note: These gift cards are issued by a third-party provider. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays.

✅ Steps to Redeem Your Gift Card

1. Go to myprepaidcenter.com/redeem

2. Enter your 12-character Security Code (sent in the email)

3. Complete the registration form

4. Accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement

5. Once completed, you’ll be able to:

   • View your 16-digit card number

   • See the expiration date and CVV

   • Check where the card can be used, your balance, and transaction history

🕓 Gift Card Expiration

⚠️ You must redeem your gift card within 6 months from the time you receive your redemption link.

📬 What Happens Next?

After redeeming your code, you’ll get a second email from:

Subject line: “Your Virtual Prepaid Account”

🔍 TIP: Check your spam or junk folder just in case the email ends up there!

🚫 Already Redeemed?

If your 12-character code was entered more than once, you may see an “Already Redeemed” error.
No worries — for help, call 833-409-4795 to request a resend or support with your code.

Once you’ve submitted your reward claim, please allow up to 30 days for validation and processing. We will email you once your Opencare Reward has been sent.

How to Check Your Status

1. Log in to your Opencare account.

2. Go to the Offer Status tab in your dashboard.

3. Review the current stage of your claim.

Important: Dental offices do not have access to Opencare reward details. All rewards are managed directly by Opencare.

Understanding Your Offer Status

Pending
Your claim has been submitted and is under review. This step can take up to 30 days for validation and processing.

In Progress
Your claim has been validated, and your gift card is being processed.

Sent
Your gift card has been fulfilled and sent to your registered email address.
Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

Denied
Your claim was not approved due to one or more eligibility issues.
Common reasons include:

• The appointment was not booked through Opencare

• You’ve already claimed a reward in the past two years

• You were already a patient at the dental practice

We love celebrating your commitment to great oral health. To qualify for an Opencare gift card reward, please make sure all the following conditions are met.

Reward Eligibility Requirements

• You complete a new patient exam and at least one other dental service (such as a cleaning).
  Consultations, including X-rays, do not qualify.

• Your appointment was booked through the Opencare website.
  Appointments made by phone, in person, or through other means are not eligible.

• You are not using government-funded insurance, such as Medicaid, Medicare, provincial health plans in Canada, or the Canada Dental Care Plan.

• You complete your visit at a qualified dental office registered with Opencare.
  If your exam and cleaning are on different dates, both must be completed with the same office.

• You are at least 18 years old on the date of your appointment.

• You have not received an Opencare reward in the past 2 years.

• You are a new patient at the dental practice.

• Your appointment was booked under the same name as your Opencare account.
  If multiple appointments are booked under one account, only one patient can claim a reward.

• You must submit a valid dental receipt showing:

  • Date of appointment

  • Name of dental office and dentist

  • Treatment completed

  • Patient name
    Treatment plans, estimates, or appointment confirmations are not accepted.

Important Information

• Rewards are handled directly by Opencare. Please do not contact your dental office about your gift card or claim status - they do not have access to this information.

• The offer must be redeemed within six months of your appointment date.
