Can I request an offer change?
Yes, you can update your reward before your appointment. To do this, send us a screenshot of the offer as seen online or sent via email/SMS and we will update it for you.
Please note that if we have already processed the claim, we can no longer change the reward. If the reward you received doesn't match the offer you signed up for, please email us at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the inquiry or just hit the 'Submit a Request' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen-- either way, you'd still be able to reach us!
