Am I eligible for the Referral Reward?

To earn gift cards through referrals, you must:

1. Not refer yourself.
2. Not refer anyone who has submitted an Opencare appointment request before using your referral link or anyone who has claimed a reward before.
3. Ensure that your referred friend has not claimed a reward before.
4. Have your referred friend click on your referral link and request an appointment with a new dental practice or provider.
5. Have your referred friend comply with our Terms of Use
6. Have your referred friend visit the dentist for a standard appointment, which includes a new patient exam and any dental service, such as cleaning. 

Please note that members with a dental practice on Opencare are not eligible for this Referral Program.

Once the gift card claim of your referral has been validated successfully, your reward will automatically be processed and sent to you via email.
