Want to earn gift cards by referring friends to Opencare? Awesome! Just make sure these conditions are met to qualify for a Referral Reward:

1. You cannot refer yourself.

2. You cannot refer someone who has previously submitted an appointment request on Opencare, or

3. Your referred friend has not claimed a reward before.
4. Your friend must click on your referral link to book their appointment — it’s how we track your reward!

5. Your friend must:

   • Book with a new dental practice through Opencare.

   • Complete a new patient exam and another dental service (like a cleaning).

6. Your friend must comply with our Terms of Use

7. If you're affiliated with a dental practice listed on Opencare, you’re not eligible for the Referral Program.

📩 How You’ll Get Your Reward

Once your friend’s appointment is completed and their gift card claim is validated, your referral reward will be automatically sent to your email.
