Receiving a message from your chosen provider means you're almost there!
When a provider responds to your appointment request, you will receive an email or a text on your registered phone number
- Simply click on the text or the link in the email to get to your messaging app. This will allow you to respond directly to your provider.
If you have any issues with the link, you can also log directly into your account to find the provider's message and contact them directly.
