How do I stop receiving texts/emails from Opencare? Unsubscribe process

If you want to unsubscribe from Opencare's SMS and email notifications, you can do so by following these steps:

  • To unsubscribe from SMS notifications, reply "STOP" to a message received from Opencare.
  • To unsubscribe from Email notifications, click the "Unsubscribe" link included in the email.

Please allow 24 hours for our system to update. If you still receive notifications after 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the issue and a screenshot of the error, if available or Chat with us. We will be happy to help you.
